As you walk into the beautifully designed taproom of Murray Towns Brewing Co you drink in the six-metre windows that highlight the shiny stainless steel brew system.
Housed at The Lincoln, on the Causeway, Murray Towns Brewing is the hot new venue in Wodonga, having only opened in late May.

Partners Barry Young, Jodie Lane and Andrew Heath carefully selected the location.
“It is the ideal location nestled in the middle of Albury/Wodonga on the beautiful Murray River,” Murray Towns Brewing Co Co-Founder Barry Young said.
“We believe Gateway Island has amazing untapped potential and with the assistance of Wodonga Council and local tourism bodies it can become a major tourist draw for the region.
“Our focus is on setting the highest of standards for every aspect of our business that includes the quality of the product we produce and the experience we provide to our customers.”

The name was also no accident, with the co-founders wanting their brews to be the local beer of choice and to celebrate the region they live in.
“The name Murray Towns Brewing and our branding represents the cities of Albury and Wodonga and the beautiful Murray River that is the meeting point for our community,” Mr Young said.
Brewery Manager/Head Brewer Adam Hewitt and his team of casuals had a busy opening weekend.
“The launch was great, we had a fantastic turnout with great feedback to the venue, food and drink offer. We are encouraged by the amount of support we have received from our local community,” Mr Young said.
“The quality of the beer we produce is a highlight and people enjoy the selection of local wine and spirits as well as the well curated share style food offer.”
They aim to grow the business to become a must-visit destination in our region and to provide another reason to consider Albury/Wodonga as a destination.
They also plan to collaborate with other North East Victorian breweries to encourage increased visitation for a complete craft beer experience.
Murray Towns Brewing Co will be open Wednesday through to Sunday.
