Brow Couture by Sandy is the latest established business to cross the border into Wodonga.
After three years in Dean St, Albury and five years in David St respectively, business owner Sandy Szabolics said it was time to conquer a new market.
“Wodonga is growing and we wanted more physical space to grow our business and clientele,” she said.
Located in the old Choppertown Cafe building in Thomas Mitchell Dve, the building has been fitted out to include two treatment rooms and a stylish waiting room.
Mrs Szabolics has a diploma of cosmetic tattooing and works alongside her sister, Connie Bond, and two other highly trained brow and lash artists – Emily Foreman and Tara Laramee - to provide a range of services including cosmetic tattooing, a permanent make up service that includes eyebrows, lips and eye liner treatment.
“Cosmetic tattooing is our most popular treatment for eyebrows which gives customers a permanent solution to fill and lengthen eyebrows to create gorgeous eyebrows that last,” she said.
“The treatment gives people an extra five minutes each morning as they don’t have to worry about filling in their eyebrows.”
“We know that a permanent treatment isn’t for everyone and therefore we offer treatments such as tinting and brow lamination to help define eyebrows for a well-groomed look.”
Mrs Szabolics said she looks forward to growing her business in Wodonga.
“We have many loyal clients in Albury, Wagga, Griffith, Leeton and Shepparton who will drive the extra kilometres and we are excited to welcome new faces,” she said.
The business is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and closed at the weekend.
