Tanning just got a whole lot easier thanks to Wodonga’s first contactless spray tanning studio.
Be Bronze 24/7 is conveniently open all hours of the day and night at shop 1/4 Thomas Mitchell Drive, Wodonga.
“We have foolproof and totally private automated spray tanning booths,” owner Sandy Szabolics said.
Sandy, who also owns Brow Couture by Sandy that’s located further down Thomas Mitchell Drive, said the new business was a great addition to her existing beauty services.
As a busy working mum herself, Sandy knew the business model would be a success.
“I know how difficult it can be to schedule beauty appointments during normal business hours,” she said.
“We are conveniently open all hours of the day and night and this is changing the game.”
The tanning studio opened over Easter and an average week brings in about 80 clients, however the business had up to 150 people through the studio in the lead up to the Wodonga Gold Cup last month.
Sandy explained she would have included the tanning booths in her existing brow salon but didn’t have the space.
“This has worked out well that it’s just down the road and the two booths are cleaned daily,” she said.
“I am now looking at franchising and have my eye on Albury next.”
Here’s how it works:
Step one: Download the Be Bronze 24/7 app, create an account and book your preferred time and pre-purchase your tan.
You can also sign up for our membership programs and schedule a contactless tan each week.
Step two: Arrive at the studio and check-in via the app to gain access to the spray tanning studio.
Step three: Check into the tan room, select your desired tan and start the booth – there are four easy-to-follow poses to achieve a flawless tan.
The spray tanning session will take no longer than four minutes to complete.
Once your tanning session is complete you can get dressed and head home.
After 90 seconds of you completing your tan, the tanning booth will automatically wash and clean itself for the next client.
