A new hairdresser in town

After working as a hairdresser in Albury for the past five and a half years, Sarah McIntosh seized the opportunity to open her own salon in Wodonga.

Hair by Sarah, located at 16 Jarrah St, fittingly opened on International Women’s Day.

“This is an absolute dream come true and I’m so excited,” Sarah said.

“A huge thank you to my family and friends for helping me on this journey.

“I am excited for this new chapter and my door is open to new and existing clients.”

Hair by Sarah has taken over former beauty salon, The Beauty Bowl.

The once bright yellow salon has undergone a complete transformation, inside and out.

“Weeks have been spent renovating my salon and giving it a fresh look,” Sarah said.

The business caters for all ages and services include ladies’ and men’s cuts, colours, blow waves, wedding and event styles.

Seniors receive a 10 per cent discount.

The business stocks Nak Hair and Bhave hair products.

Opening hours are Mondays from 9am to 4pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 7pm, Fridays from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to noon.
